Kernel warning via premature allocation leak check

Memory lifecycle error in Linux 6.10 through 6.11.6 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during module unload. alloc_tag_module_unload checks allocation tags before pending kfree_rcu callbacks finish, falsely treating allocations awaiting deferred release as leaks. The demonstrated trigger requires CAP_SYS_MODULE to remove an affected module after it schedules deferred frees; 6.12-rc1 through 6.12-rc3 are also affected.
