Kernel memory corruption via incorrect PBL page indexing

Memory corruption in the Linux bnxt_re RDMA driver allows local users to interrupt the host via oversized non-MR resource setup. The qplib_res.c Level-2 PBL setup treats one contiguous PDE page address as multiple page addresses, causing invalid access after 256K PBL entries. Triggering requires local low-privileged access, an active bnxt_re path, and a non-MR resource exceeding 256K pages; the documented consequence is host service interruption.
