Local service interruption via zero step division

Divide-by-zero in the ALSA FireWire library in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service during PCM setup. apply_constraint_to_size() initializes step to zero and divides by it when no amdtp_rate_table interval satisfies snd_interval_test(). A low-privileged local user must reach the ALSA FireWire PCM constraint path; the resulting kernel fault affects availability without reported data access or modification.
