System hang via skipped chained interrupt handling

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang systems through Ocelot GPIO interrupt handling. The Ocelot chained GPIO handler skips chained_irq_enter() and chained_irq_exit() when no GPIO interrupt remains pending, leaving an edge-triggered parent interrupt unacknowledged. The hang requires level-configured Ocelot GPIO hardware beneath an edge-triggered parent controller and a sufficiently short GPIO interrupt.
