Information disclosure in Linux x86 32-bit NMI return handling allows local users to read sensitive data through residual CPU buffers. arch/x86/entry/entry_32.S invokes CLEAR_CPU_BUFFERS before RESTORE_ALL_NMI, leaving restored register contents uncleared for RDFS mitigation. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access on an affected 32-bit x86 kernel; the published availability impact lacks a described failure mode.
