Filesystem-freeze disruption via unlocked read-only transition

Improper locking in the ext4 error path in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to trigger warnings during filesystem freezing. The ext4_handle_error path changes SB_RDONLY without taking sb->s_umount or following the filesystem remount procedure, so concurrent freeze operations observe an unexpected flag transition. Reachability requires an ext4 filesystem mounted with errors=remount-ro and local low-privileged access; the documented consequence is disruption of filesystem freezing.
