Kernel memory exhaustion via leaked firmware blob

Memory leak in the Linux kernel ice driver allows local users to exhaust kernel memory during device initialization. ice_init_tx_topology duplicates the entire DDP firmware blob for ice_cfg_tx_topo without releasing that copy instead of copying only the needed topology section. Affected stable releases span 6.10 through 6.11.3; exposure requires the Intel ice driver and a compatible physical function, with one blob leaked per PF initialization.
