Service interruption via invalid link-mode bit index

An out-of-bounds write in affected Linux kernels beginning with 5.10 allows local users to interrupt service during DP83869 fiber setup. The DP83869 PHY driver's fiber path passes the mask 1 << 10 to linkmode_set_bit() as an index, causing an out-of-range bitmap write that can overwrite the adjacent private pointer on arm64. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and a DP83869 PHY whose fiber port is being enabled; the documented consequence is availability loss.
