Secret-memory read and write via retained direct-map aliases

Improper memory protection in Linux allows local users to read and modify secretmem content on affected arm64 systems. In mm/secretmem.c, set_direct_map_invalid_noflush() becomes a no-op when can_set_direct_map() is false but returns success, so memfd_secret() maps pages without removing their direct-map aliases. Exposure requires an arm64 build with CONFIG_RODATA_FULL_DEFAULT_ENABLED, CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC, and CONFIG_KFENCE all disabled; most arm64 builds are unaffected because the first option defaults to enabled.
