Display-mode validation failure via cursor-width underflow

Integer overflow in Linux 6.11 through 6.11.2 allows local users to interrupt display processing through phantom-pipe programming. The DML2.1 calculate_cursor_req_attributes logic subtracts from the zero cursor_width value and uses the wrapped result as a 32-bit shift exponent. Reachability requires an AMD display path that programs a phantom pipe; the observed consequence is a UBSAN shift-out-of-bounds failure in kernel display-mode validation.
