System interruption via stale cleanup group pointer

Use of an uninitialized resource in Linux 6.10 through 6.10.13 and 6.11 through 6.11.2 allows local users to interrupt the system. During tick_ctx_cleanup(), the second list walk reuses group after it points to the prior list_head, then derives ptdev from that invalid object instead of the scheduler. Reachability requires local access and an active Panthor DRM path; the documented consequence is confined to system availability.
