Service interruption via unreleased FMan device references

Reference leaks in the Linux kernel FMan MAC driver from 4.5 allow local users to interrupt service through driver error paths. mac_probe() calls of_find_device_by_node(), fman_bind(), and fman_port_bind() to acquire of_dev->dev references, but its error paths and mac_remove() omit corresponding releases. Local low-privilege access and an affected FMan MAC driver are required; accumulated references consume kernel resources and can cause availability loss.
