Kernel crash via overlapping BPF redirect flags

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the kernel by chaining SKB and XDP redirect paths. The shared bpf_redirect_info.flags field assigns BPF_F_BROADCAST and BPF_F_NEXTHOP the same value, causing the XDP path to misinterpret state left by an SKB neighbor redirect with parameters. Triggering requires privileged local BPF/XDP setup and the affected sequence; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash, not data access or modification.
