Kernel crash via missing devmap RX queue

A null-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows remote attackers to crash systems via incoming network frames. The devmap redirect path leaves xdp_buff.rxq unset before running a BPF_MAP_TYPE_DEVMAP program, so reading ingress_ifindex follows a null device pointer. Exposure requires an XDP devmap redirect configuration whose post-redirect BPF program reads ingress_ifindex; a triggering frame causes a kernel oops and service interruption.
