Local service interruption via unchecked BTF repetition

Improper array-index validation in the Linux kernel 6.11 allows local users to trigger an out-of-bounds access with nested BTF data. btf_repeat_fields multiplies a nested structure's field count by its element count and repeats entries without checking the remaining info_cnt capacity. Low-privileged access to the bpf system call is required; exceeding BTF_FIELDS_MAX reaches beyond the fixed field array and can interrupt service.
