Kernel workqueue hang via unyielding trap reporting

Denial of service in Linux netdevsim allows local users to stall kernel work processing by creating hundreds of simulated ports. The nsim_dev_trap_report_work function loops over the ports on the shared system workqueue without rescheduling, allowing an oversized port set to monopolize the worker. Local access and the ability to create many netdevsim ports are required; the observed consequence is a kernel task blocked for more than 143 seconds.
