Local device suspension via duplicate fence finalization

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.11 allows local users to suspend an Intel Xe graphics device through failed GuC TLB requests. The drm/xe TLB invalidation error path signals a stack fence and then finalizes it again, producing an extra runtime-power reference release. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the Xe driver path; the resulting premature device suspend interrupts graphics availability.
