Service interruption via incorrect PRM memory mapping

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.14 allows local users to interrupt the system by invoking an affected ACPI PRM handler. The PRMT parsing path accepts an EFI_CONVENTIONAL_MEMORY block for the handler and context instead of requiring the EFI_MEMORY_RUNTIME attribute, leaving runtime pointers outside firmware-remapped memory. Reachability requires a locally triggered PRM call on firmware that exposes the affected handler; the resulting EFI paging exception can disrupt error handling.
