Kernel memory disclosure or crash via oversized maxtype

Out-of-bounds read in the WWAN subsystem of affected Linux kernels allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. The wwan_rtnl_link_ops structure sets maxtype to __IFLA_WWAN_MAX although wwan_rtnl_policy is sized for IFLA_WWAN_MAX, so netlink validation reads beyond the global policy array. Reaching the parser requires local low-privilege access and crafted netlink attributes; consequences are limited to memory disclosure or a crash.
