Kernel memory disclosure via unlocked taprio traversal

A use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.12-rc4 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. taprio_dump traverses a schedule while taprio_change can replace and defer-free it because the dump path lacks an RCU read-side critical section. An unprivileged local process can create user and network namespaces, race qdisc display against schedule replacement, and trigger stale kernel-slab reads.
