Kernel-memory disclosure via sockmap link type overread

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.10 through 6.11.5 and 6.12-rc1 through 6.12-rc4 allows local users to read kernel memory. bpf_link_show_fdinfo() indexes bpf_link_type_strs with sockmap link type 14, one past the array, then treats the adjacent kernel word as a string pointer. A local user must create a sockmap link through delegated BPF privileges or open a pinned link; reading its fdinfo can disclose kernel memory or trigger a kernel oops or panic.
