Kernel crash via unlocked PCI host probing

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.11 through 6.11.5 allows local users to crash the kernel via sysfs PCI device removal. The PCI host-controller probe path adds devices without holding the PCI rescan lock, racing the power-control rescan and leaving two devices partially added. Local access and concurrent PCI probe activity are required before removing the raced device reaches a null-pointer dereference; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
