Local service interruption via disabled-IRQ sleep

Improper interrupt handling in Linux 5.19 and later on LoongArch allows local users to interrupt service through unaligned access. The do_ale() exception handler leaves IRQs disabled after entry from an IRQ-enabled context, then get_user() can sleep and trigger an invalid-context kernel warning. Exploitation requires local low-privileged code on a LoongArch system, and the documented consequence is limited to availability.
