Kernel warning via unconditional NULL address unmap

NULL-address unmapping in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.5 allows local users to trigger an availability-impacting kernel warning. The pmc_core_iounmap cleanup unconditionally passes its pointer to iounmap, so an absent Intel PMC SSRAM mapping supplies an invalid NULL address. Reachability depends on the Intel PMC driver probing compatible Meteor Lake-P hardware; the observed consequence is a warning during module initialization.
