Kernel hang via non-PCI DMA alias handling

Improper device handling in Linux allows local users to hang the kernel through Intel VT-d IOMMU attach or detach operations. In drivers/iommu/intel/iommu.c, domain_context_clear() passes a non-PCI device to pci_for_each_dma_alias(), which treats it as a struct pci_dev and follows invalid bus pointers. Local access to device-management interfaces and affected Intel VT-d hardware are required; triggering the path can hang or crash the host and corrupt IOMMU bookkeeping.
