Kernel panic via unsupported PTP state save

Denial of service in the Linux FEC Ethernet driver allows local users to panic affected kernels on PTP-unsupported platforms. The state-save path calls fec_ptp_save_state() even though fec_ptp_init() left the associated fep members uninitialized when PTP is unsupported. Local low-privileged access and an affected i.MX25 or i.MX27 platform are required; reaching the path crashes the kernel and interrupts the host.
