Remote host crash via unconditional XDP flush

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.11 through 6.11.3 allows remote attackers to crash hosts through sfc netconsole traffic. The sfc NAPI poll path passes a zero netpoll budget to an unconditional xdp_do_flush() call, which dereferences an uninitialized bpf_net_context and raises a kernel oops. When netconsole is active on an sfc interface, attacker-generated traffic can induce kernel log transmission and TX-queue contention, repeatedly interrupting the host.
