Kernel warning via duplicate PCI device disable

Improper device cleanup in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a warning during processor thermal driver unload. The processor_thermal PCI removal path calls pci_disable_device() even though pcim_device_enable() already schedules automatic disablement on detach. Reaching the faulty path requires local access and unloading the processor thermal PCI driver on a system using the affected Intel thermal device.
