Local kernel and data corruption via stale context

Use-after-free in Linux dm-vdo 6.9 through 6.11.3 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through writes to a VDO-backed volume. The query_index() timeout path releases a pooled dedupe_context without clearing data_vio->dedupe_context, so later work follows a stale or reassigned request pointer. Write access to an already configured VDO volume is required; sustained I/O can expose or corrupt stored blocks, crash the kernel, or hang storage teardown.
