Kernel crash via unchecked USB2 port iteration

Out-of-bounds access in the Tegra XUSB host driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during runtime suspend. tegra_xusb_enter_elpg iterates USB2 PORTSC entries using the controller's total PHY count instead of the Virtual Function root hub's owned port count, indexing beyond its ports array. The path is exposed only when USB virtualization is enabled on Tegra XUSB and a Virtual Function owns fewer USB2 ports than the controller supports, causing a kernel paging fault and service interruption.
