Local denial of service via VERW operand

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash 32-bit systems by invoking vm86 under VERW mitigations. CLEAR_CPU_BUFFERS passes its VERW memory operand through an arbitrary user DS selector, so an address outside that segment's limit raises a general-protection fault while returning to user space. The crash is reachable only in 32-bit mode with VERW-based MDS or RFDS mitigation enabled, interrupting the affected host.
