Remote kernel crash via incomplete RTRS path

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel RTRS server allows remote attackers to crash the host via a crafted RDMA session request. The rtrs_srv_info_req handler trusts client-controlled con_num, iterates across connections that were not established, and dereferences a NULL s.con entry before verifying every connection and the CONNECTED path state. The RTRS server must be reachable over RoCEv2 or iWARP; an unauthenticated peer can trigger the crash reliably without a race.
