Local service crash via HUPCL-gated null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux serial core allows local users to crash affected systems during UART shutdown with HUPCL set. The uart_shutdown function passes a null uart_port pointer to uart_port_dtr_rts because that call remains outside the preceding null check. Reaching the fault requires low-privileged local access, a UART shutdown path with HUPCL enabled, and a null port; the resulting kernel fault interrupts service without reported data exposure or modification.
