Kernel warning via unrequested IRQ release

Improper IRQ cleanup in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by removing the TPS6598x driver. The tps6598x_remove function calls devm_free_irq on client->irq even when polling mode never requested an IRQ, so teardown attempts to release an unallocated resource.
