Authenticated post deletion via unchecked action origin

Missing authorization in affected Mattermost 9.5, 9.10, and 9.11 releases allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary posts. The Playbooks /ignore-thread integration-action handler accepts a target post without checking whether the originating message matches the original post metadata. Any authenticated account that can submit the action can delete another user's post, altering channel content without the post owner's authorization.
