Kernel crash via mislinked NFS copy state

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux NFSv4 allows local users to crash the kernel during same-server NFS copy operations. After destination-state recovery fails, nfs42_complete_copies() walks destination copy entries through a source-state list whose linkage is at a different offset, causing invalid pointer access. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an NFSv4 client performing an asynchronous copy within one server; the consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
