Kernel memory exposure via stale MSI-X arrays

Out-of-bounds access in the ice driver in Linux 6.7.10 through 6.8 allows local users to read beyond kernel allocations via VF MSI-X resizing. The ice_vf_reconfig_vsi path changes the queue count without reallocating VSI statistics arrays, so ice_vsi_alloc_ring_stats indexes stale allocations. Reachability requires an ice-managed SR-IOV virtual function and local write access to raise sriov_vf_msix_count above 16; the precise host-disruption outcome is not published.
