Kernel memory corruption via unsynchronized CT completion

Use-after-free in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.3 and 6.12-rc1 through 6.12-rc2 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. After send_recv() times out, it erases the transaction while the completion path can still access its stack-scoped fence because shared locking and memory barriers are absent. Unprivileged local access to world-readable sysfs frequency attributes and DRM render-node ioctls is sufficient to trigger the race.
