System crash via unchecked CPUFreq policy lookup

A NULL-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases starting at 5.17 allows local users to crash the system via amd-pstate. The amd_pstate_adjust_perf function dereferences policy data after cpufreq_cpu_get returns NULL instead of stopping on the failed lookup. The path requires a supported AMD processor with amd-pstate active, and the reported consequence is limited to loss of availability.
