System hang via incorrect DCN35 DML2 policy

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.7 allows local users to hang the system through the AMD DCN35 display path. In drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/dml2/dml2_policy.c, a DCN35 policy override sets EnhancedPrefetchScheduleAccelerationFinal contrary to the hardware specification, causing bandwidth validation to acquire an unexpected DPP pipe. A low-privilege local session and affected AMD DCN35 display hardware are required; successful triggering produces a gray screen and system hang.
