Local service interruption via erroneous DMA unmapping

Improper exception handling in the Linux kernel mlx5 transmit path allows local users to interrupt service after a DMA mapping failure. The multi-packet WQE error path reaches err_unmap after a failed skb mapping and removes an unrelated live DMA mapping from the send-queue FIFO. Exploitation requires local access, an mlx5 device, and DMA allocation failure under memory pressure; the resulting rogue access can place the PCI function in an error state.
