Remote kernel panic via malformed TCP fraglists

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.10 allows remote attackers to panic forwarding hosts without authentication via crafted TCP streams. Optional NAT or BPF hooks can pull fraglist data into the linear buffer, leaving __tcpv4_gso_segment_list_csum to dereference a missing next segment. Exposure requires a forwarding host with GRO fraglists and a modifying datapath hook; successful triggering repeatedly panics the kernel.
