Local DoS via unchecked stream encoder index

Improper array indexing in Linux 4.15 through 6.11.2 allows local users to make systems unavailable through the AMD DCN401 display driver. dcn401_stream_encoder_create uses eng_id to index the four-entry stream_enc_regs array without rejecting values above 3, causing an out-of-bounds access when the index is 5. Low-privileged local access and an AMD DCN401 display path are required; no data disclosure or modification impact is published.
