System reboot via invalid ext4 default hash

Linux kernel ext4 5.13 through affected stable releases allows local users to trigger a warning that reboots certain systems. During __ext4_fill_super(), ext4 accepts a superblock whose default directory hash is DX_HASH_SIPHASH even though casefold is absent, rather than rejecting the mount. Mounting the malformed filesystem requires elevated privileges; warning-triggered panic interrupts the host or embedded controller subsystem.
