Sensitive data exposure via shared administrator password
Published Dec 18, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2025
Hard-coded credentials in Wapro ERP Desktop before 8.90.0 allow remote attackers to access sensitive data through its SQL Server database. The installer creates a database administrator account with the same embedded password across every installation. Network access to SQL Server is the reported gate, and successful login grants database-administrator access to stored ERP data.
