Kernel crash via UFO packet length underflow

Buffer underwrite in Linux kernel qdisc_pkt_len_init() allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted UFO GSO packet. When the packet's headers consume its full length, the segment calculation returns zero and the subsequent unsigned adjustment resets qdisc packet length to zero. Low-privileged local access and the ability to inject the crafted GSO packet are required; the resulting fq_codel fault interrupts the affected host or appliance.
