Service interruption via GSO packet length underflow

Buffer underflow in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt service by submitting a malformed GSO packet. qdisc_pkt_len_init assumes skb->len exceeds the transport-header length after virtio_net_hdr_to_skb validates only a minimum TCP header, so subtracting a longer crafted header underflows packet-length accounting. Low-privileged local access capable of supplying virtio GSO packets is required, and the documented consequence is limited to availability.
