Denial of service via undersized checksum offset

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by injecting a crafted packet through AF_PACKET. virtio_net_hdr_to_skb trusts an undersized csum_start value, places the transport header before the network header, and passes the invalid offset to skb_checksum_help. Exploitation requires low-privilege local packet-socket access and produces availability loss without reported confidentiality or integrity loss.
