Kernel panic via duplicate rtw89 interface insertion

Denial of service in the rtw89 driver in Linux allows physically proximate attackers to trigger a kernel panic through crafted Wi-Fi frames. rtw89_ops_add_interface inserts an already-linked rtwvif into rtwvifs_list when rtw89_wow_resume fails after SER L2 during WoWLAN resume. Wi-Fi radio proximity and a susceptible rtw89 device are required; the corrupted list crashes hardened kernels and can lock other builds.
