System crash via stale dentry name dereference

Use-after-free in fs/inode.c in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during memory hot-removal while hugetlb pages are in use. dump_mapping() passes a stale dentry name to the %pd formatter, whose dentry_name() path dereferences external_name storage freed by concurrent rename or unlink activity. Reachability requires same-host page-cache and dentry churn plus memory offlining; the bounded consequence is a kernel oops or panic and service interruption.
